Attended a beauty party held at a friends shop on March 25th with an appointment at 11:15am to get permanent jewelry. While waiting several red flags regarding professionality were raised that I ignored. An hour after our appointment time, my daughters friend got her necklace and left. She returned within minutes to question the charge to her card twice the amount of the jewelry that she had picked out. Terri apologized and stated she picked the wrong product when charging her and she would give her cash back and keep the tip (which the young girl had given a 25% tip). Running late for another engagement the young girl accepted the cash and left, later to realize that she gave her a 50% tip. While waiting, another lady commented to her mother that she was interested in a facial (we are at a beauty shop that offers these services) Terri quickly stops what she is doing to tell this waiting customer that she offers facials. Long story short - very unprofessional to not only solicit customers while you are a guest at a shop that offers the same services but to also hand out your card and attempt to schedule them before they leave. That was red flag number two - here we are now an hour and half past our appointment time when I am able to get my anklet and charm that I picked out. No measurement of my ankle - just placement. When I mentioned that it was too big, she blew me off and stated that's how it's supposed to be. The anklet didn't last a week (I have other permanent jewelry from other shop) and was so big it fell into my shoe while walking and laid on my foot. This was not an anklet. The soldering that was done, was not efficient to keep the anklet together. Another friend that came with me got a bracelet (she too has other permanent jewelry) her bracelet lasted less that a week and when she contacted Terri - she was told "Sorry about that. There are no refunds due to the nature of the product. Please let me know a time on Sunday the 9th or the 16th to fix them." The customer service is atrocious, the product is cheap and honestly anyone who solicits customers from another shop while a guest there - speaks highly of their morals and respect for other people in the same industry. I will stick with my previous person for permanent jewelry, as well as my own beauty shop for facials. Simple...

I had a permanent bracelet placed on March 25th, a Saturday and by that Wednesday it had already fallen off. I’ve had other permanent jewelry from another shop on for over 4 months with no problems. I emailed and asked for a refund because I was very disappointed and not satisfied at all. (because paying $60 plus and it only lasting a few days is a complete joke). I got a response simply stating she will not refund and here’s a date and time to put it back on. To schedule it I would have to give my card info and pay. I will not be paying to have something placed again for it only to fall off days later. I didn’t get an I’m sorry, or how can we fix things to make things better, or willingness to work together. I really think her customer service and communication could use work, not to mention everything else that had happened at the event where she was at when I got my bracelet. Attended an event where Bella Vous was doing permanent jewelry, and thought I would check them out. I was skeptical about how long it would last but it was too cute to pass up. My mother and I both got 2 anklets. and both of ours are still holding on strong months later. Terri was super sweet, and knowledgeable. My mom and I had a great bonding time getting these done together. Highly recommend. Anyone with negative reviews here is likely very rough and any loss of jewelry is likely the result of their own carelessness. I have worn mine to the gym, paddleboarding at the beach, running around with 3 kids and my dogs. I do all my normal life stuff and these things have not picked, pulled, or broken. No clothing has been damaged and I have worn leggings, dresses, high heels with clasps around the ankle. You name it and they are still on! I will probably be back for bracelets...
