We turned our Maytag washing machine in on warranty via their website. It scheduled a time with Knoxville appliance. My boyfriend stayed home half a day to call them and find out that he wasn't going to show. He came the following Saturday, ordered parts, Monday he replaced the harness. It didn't fix it and he never came back with the pump. Last time we saw him was the beginning of February, and now it's the middle of April. He rarely answered the many text messages or phone calls.
