I am recovering from spinal surgery and had bought a mattress two years ago. It was so nice but now it is so soft and I hurt all the time. The sides had softened too much and I was afraid I would fall. Vance inspected it and agreed to let me choose another one. It is just what I needed!!! Took my elderly mother in to look at a lift chair. Store is one level of furniture. There were several different types of lift chairs available.
