Purchased a dining room table 3 months ago. Notified the owner about 3 weeks after getting the table that the screws keep coming out of the chairs , even had one to fall out while sitting in it, So he provided longer screws. That did not fix the issue took the chairs back he repaired the chairs, however continued to have issues. Took the chairs back to him a week ago and was told he doesn't know what the problem is, but it was nothing else he could do for me.I advised that I will reach out to the manufacturer in regards to this issue. I alo advise that through each phase of bringing the chairs I have taken pictures of before and after, so now he wants to say the chairs were broken before we brought them back to the store.
