I will never purchase anything else for royal me and husband being to get a replacement in box sprang and have the hardest time to get Michelle Jones to answer the phone or to return calls awful customer service and she apart of corporate. They charge us a large down payment for cheap furniture and when it need to be replaced don't want to do it. We have a warranty on our furniture but they give hard time replacing things. Michelle had them to sent out one box sprang instead of a set and even the delivery driver said why would she send just one crazy to me but anyway she want my husband to take pictures and he did but the delivery guy took pictures also cause he said you need another box sprang now she telling my husband she didn't get the pictures and she not answering the phone so that's how you do your paying customer. Do not go to royal y'all their awful take your money...

Had to go to this dirty run down place because Royal rude unprofessional delivery team left an item off on my delivery-also every other word that came out there mouth was cuss words or something negative-anyway go early if you have to pick something up-I waited in line for an hour and 40 minutes to pick up a dresser-get in line and have someone go in office to have your order pull-no one inform me or did they have any signs post-learn the hard way after sitting in line for a few minutes they treat black & brown people any kind of way I bet if more white people shop here at Royal it would not be...

I have purchased several pieces of furniture with Royal. My last purchase was 6 months ago. My $1400 sectional couch cushion zipper was not working properly so I called the warehouse to see if they can repair the zipper or send me a new cover. I talked to ANGELA LOVE at the warehouse and she mentioned that she would send out a new one. Its been 3 months. I call HER every week and leave a message with not a single return call.
