I will never purchase anything else for royal me and husband being to get a replacement in box sprang and have the hardest time to get Michelle Jones to answer the phone or to return calls awful customer service and she apart of corporate. They charge us a large down payment for cheap furniture and when it need to be replaced don't want to do it. We have a warranty on our furniture but they give hard time replacing things. Michelle had them to sent out one box sprang instead of a set and even the delivery driver said why would she send just one crazy to me but anyway she want my husband to take pictures and he did but the delivery guy took pictures also cause he said you need another box sprang now she telling my husband she didn't get the pictures and she not answering the phone so that's how you do your paying customer. My $1400 sectional couch cushion zipper was not working properly so I called the warehouse to see if they can repair the zipper or send me a new cover. I talked to ANGELA LOVE at the warehouse and she mentioned that she would send out a new one. Its been 3 months. I call HER every week and leave a message with not a single return call.
