My wife and I are visiting Memphis for a couple of weeks We found Thriftway grocery and we were pleasantly pleased to see customer service is still alive in Texas. We both have worked in retail during our lifetime and we remember when all retail stores were run like thriftway is. Thank you to the owners , management and most of all the dedicated employees who understand that customers don’t have to shop at thriftway, they choose to because of the quality customer service Thank You ! Fairly high prices for lower quality foods ..kinda boring selection ...found 2 things that I bought then left ...pretty disappointed doubt I will ever go back ...honestly not worth the time to go out of my route to shop there ...cashier acted like he didn't want to be there and no one around to help if you needed...
