Be careful renting equipment here. My friend rented a snow board and the next morning the binding immediately broke before he even got the ski lift. They refused a refund. They offered a voucher knowing we’re from far away almost guaranteeing that it’ll never get used. The board clearly hadn’t been ridden. The board was newer but the bindings were older.
The voucher is hand written which I question it being accepted later.
Renting at the mountain cost him twice as much plus this rental.
On the plus side the people working there are nice but they’re not empowered.
Also worth noting this happened before this shop opened in the morning. I suppose he could have waited for them to open called them and wasted 2 more hours driving for a replacement. Probably not a good use of time.
When 3 people rent equipment from you and only 1 has an issue they’re probably not...
