If i had to choose a word to describe this dispensary it would definitely be "Outstanding"!

If you would like to know why please continue: If you want to find a dispensary in Massachusetts its not difficult. However, knowledgeable, friendly and consistent staff is key to a successful business in this industry. Honest and direct answers without delay when inquiries are made by the customer, willingness to accommodate and a smile are also important factors. .They have demonstrated the above qualities flawlessly when we visited on multiple occasions. As mentioned previously it is consistent. Management that is involved and knowledgeable of staff needs shows in the performance and attitude in all the employees I have had the pleasure to meet thus far. They are veteran-owned and have multiple locations that have also served our needs just as wonderfully. If this is the market you are shopping in and they are nearby, I would highly recommend you give them a try. You won't regret it.

The value for your dollar is also important and they also do not disappoint. There is a great selection with variety and price points for all buyers. They hire locally and carry lots of local products. Do not hesitate to ask questions! They will have the answers.

Also, a couple things i think should be noted. Yes, it is handicap accessible. There is an ATM on site, Plus they have a bud bar... (you can go find out) :)

hello first and foremost Amanda, our representative bud tender is always on top of things always amazing always on point no complaints there and you can’t shoot the messenger right because we are just baffled that you know you are regular customers at any establishment and he would hope that there is a report that’s respect it and when somebody is buying some thing in earning points, they would expect their points to be approved and when they are approved and then you go to use them and someone just looks at you and says oh yeah, there’s an issue with the points yeah I can’t help you on that OK? so then you say, is your manager or someone that could assist with finding out where all of my points of cones and your directed to the manager and she says oh yeah I don’t know what to tell you. There’s nothing I can do. I just really find this horrible customer service. We all have our bad days and I’m constantly a peacemaker by nature a libra always trying to make the best of things but sometimes it comes down to it for no reason at all people are just rude, so can someone please get back to me in a respectful manner and please explain to me where all of my accrued points have gone sincerely, a regular customer asking a regular question. Randomly stopped here on my way home from work. Amanda and the dude with the mustache, (I didn’t catch his name) helped me pick out some wax and live rosin carts. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable. The store itself is gorgeous, and I love the little “museum” area in the back corner. They have a little display of buds under the magnifying glasses, a station for smelling different turpines, and all the posters on the wall were super informative!

On a side note, I locked my keys in my car with my phone. Evan, who is the lead, had a lockout kit. He drove to his house to get it, and came back and got me back into my jeep. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVAN!!

This is going to be my go to spot from now on. The place rules, the people are awesome, and the selection of products is out of this world!!!!

Editing to add how phenomenal Abdul is. Abdul is basically the MVP of this dispensary. Every time I walk in, it’s like he already knows what I need before I even say a word… and what I always need is live RAISINS. Either he’s psychic or he’s just that good.
