I ordered few items from esslinger on may 18th 2018. On May 21, 2018 i came to find out they didn't have the parts i ordered. However they had caputured my funds through paypal. I tried calling paypal to let them know that i need my money back for the things i ordered because they don't have the stuff im looking for. Paypal tells me that you need call esslinger and tell them to void out the transaction completely. SO far i have gotten a run around from esslinger. I can't believe the owner of the company cussed me out and blocked my number, he also said they don't have any of my money thats owed to me after cancellation of the out of stock items I ordered. I received the order today and I'm missing over $200 of merchandise ! Since they've blocked my number I have to dispute the charges...

I repair and sell watches on the internet. I sold a beautiful Benrus and discovered the crown was ill fitting and the wrong color. Being I was supposed to mail the watch that day I was in a panic to find a new crown. I called Esslingers and talked with a Molly. I explained what i needed and why.
