All Star Super Storage — Local services in Menifee

I honestly can’t remember what year it was that I opened an account with All-Star super storage in Menifee however I do remember the sweet face behind the desk. Her name is Diane. And she was the reason I rented my unit here. She was and still is the most kind, considerate, knowledgeable and professional representative of any storage facility I’ve ever used. I have been in the office watching her multi-task handling several situations at one time and never once did I feel I was placed on the back burner, so to speak. She lets you know that you remain a priority while still attending to the different situations that arise. She has always been very courteous, offering cold bottles of water, and a down-home feel to her warm and friendly personality. She is the main reason I’ve stayed with All Star Storage for so many years. I really can’t say enough about what a truly lovely person she is. In addition to Diane, I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. Ray has also been very helpful to me many times. All Star Super Storage is the best! Thank you All Star and Diane!

I would like to add that I just met Stephanie a few months ago and she was an absolute doll! She was very accommodating with all of my needs. She is helpful and kind and in addition to that, every time I’ve had to call on the phone regarding anything pertaining to my units, she helped me through it with patience. She has been more than helpful to me on several occasions and I thank you Stephanie!

I have tried updating my review several times so hopefully this time will be a charm. There is a VERY SPECIAL PERSON who is the manager here. His name is Patrick. And currently, he is the reason I have stayed with All Star Storage in Menifee. There are other storage facilities geographically closer to where I live but NONE as welcoming and kind as this gentleman. He is absolutely phenomenal in every sense. He is thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the storage facility, Pleasant, patient and understanding. But most of all, he treats you with dignity and respect. He brings old fashion values to doing business. You don’t see very much of this anymore. Thank you Patrick for being the wonderful person you are!

What could I possibly say that has not been posted before. Downsizing from 3 bedrooms to storage while traveling to relocate and business. And my business kind of demanded consistent storage periods, so I am somewhat experienced with storage facilities, from smallest to largest. Important that it be clean, reasonable accessibility and secure. I reviewed numerous sites and called a few. Upon calling, All Star Super Service (ASSS), I had the experience of the epitome of customer service with Natasha. She was very courteous and knew her data for this site. She answered questions I had not even considered. I held my space online at that point.

With this I went on site with intent on inspecting the space and to finalize my contract with them. At this point, Natasha continued being professional and polite and provided information re their current discount offers. It was crazy moving between Christmas and New Years and they were very accommodating and I felt much welcomed.

The security of this facility was very impressive, 24-7 with alarms re your space. Their onsite person was superb, a continuation of their excellent customer service and work ethic. I was there (unfortunately) numerous times and always encountered him engaged in maintenance, etc. I even failed to lock the unit sufficiently on 2 or 3 occasions. I was sent email/phone call re the situation. The last time I gave myself lessons on properly locking LOL. But at no time did I feel at risk.

I continue to have ties and business in the area and am managing the move more efficiently, knowing that I am secure there and treated courteously. And am not pressed to move 'stuff.' Thank you Natasha and your...
