Would have been a 5 star if..... The part was or looked like it would fit my application, however when it arrived, yes it was correct to some point. But the connections that sit in the fuse box are too short in order to make good contact. I contacted the company and received a response from a Angela. After several email back and forth, she did send me some pictures from their technical department which explained why the upper part is wider (section that add on fuse is for). I understand the issue with possible shorts, however I will try to file this down some, since that section would also sit down into a molded fuse panel. I had suggested to them that they manufacture the same part but with the prongs twice the length. Issue would be solved! I just don't understand why we suddenly seem to have 3 or 4 different fuse designs, making it more than difficult to find the correct fuse especially if you had no idea that there are different design types. Had they had the correct design type, which they came real close too but not to fit my Lincoln, Mini Low Profile fuses. I would have rated 5 stars + I was impressed though with the customer service...

I ordered 3 items, two were sent and one was put on backorder. Well they didn't put it on backorder, they never intended to ship it. I have not received the last item because they don't want to pay the shipping charges. So now the other two items cost me more per item because of this deceit. BEWARE, IF YOU ORDER FROM THEM AND SOMETHING DOESN'T COME AND THEY PUT IT ON BACKORDER YOU WILL NOT GET THAT ITEM. THEY WILL JUST FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! BEWARE OF THIS BAD COMPANY. Not to mention one of the items was wrong too. This place was a very bad experience. STAY AWAY, ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE!!!

Update: They must have read my review, so they did send the last item w/o additional shipping charges. But I feel like I would have never gotten it if had not been for this review. Besides, there was no communication at all about being sorry for the delay, how soon it will be in, etc.etc. The last item just showed up in my mailbox 2...

1-2 day shipping... I received 1 package on day 3, I called customer service to ask where the rest of my order was and when it would arrive and the rep told me 7-8 days and if my business wasn't in Louisiana it would have been 1-2 day. I asked her how I was to know how long shipping to me would be, she said in a rude tone "well.....you could call..." I don't want to talk to rude people, that's why I shop online. DON'T ADVERTISE 1-2 DAY SHIPPING IF YOU CANT...
