Went to pick apples after reading the positive reviews but ended up leaving straight away after a bizarrely rude and jarring interaction with an elderly employee. He created a very weird and uncomfortable atmosphere with his unkind, abrasive behavior. Maybe he was having a bad day but we won't bother giving this spot another chance. He also seemed very bitter towards Barthel Fruit Farms (down the road) as he pointedly asked us if that's where we thought we were in his little monologue. I can definitely see why Barthel is much busier than this spot if that's how he usually behaves. We went to our usual spot, Gierach Orchards, after and had a much more pleasant experience. Prices...

(Apples, kale, cabbages, raspberries, and more) If you are looking for heavy agritourism, this is not the place for you at the moment, even though there are a few displays for guests to take pictures with.
