Had a string of rooms that suddenly no longer had electricity. I tried all the breakers with no luck. I googled "Electrician Mequon." Brad answered immediately on the Saturday morning I called him. He tried to coach me through flipping the breakers again but it still did not work. He was at the house in an hour and fixed the issue within 2 minutes (GFI outlet was switched not the breaker). Wasted three weeks trying to get a quote from him, which we never got. He kept stringing us along, saying he was interested in the job, but then didn't follow through. Response to emails was hit or miss. Left him a message on his cell phone last week (at his request) and still haven't heard from him.

If you are too busy to take on more work, please show some respect for people's time and tell them, so they can find someone else. Now we have other work that is going to be delayed...
