Farm Bureau Pavilion — Local services in Meridian Charter Township

Fantastic place. Clean, modern, roomy. I was there for the Michigan Horse Expo, riding with Michigan Multijurisdictional Drill Team and Color Guard. Facilities for the horses (horse barn) was clean, practical, water available for the horses easily, Porta John's, just plain good experience. Arena has good bathrooms, wide exhibition halls, many smaller auditoriums and education rooms. Parking was adequate. We were there on days that had freekish ice and snow without warning and the crews were out early (remember, we had horses to attend to), clearing the lots of snow and salting for ice. Great place to show livestock, But on the other hand the showers are disgusting, shower curtains are all ripped up. When I spoke to a worker the response was we changed them. Its been sense May and the women's shower curtains have looked the same all year and I take my own shoes cleaner in and spray it down. I've never seen them look so disgusting as this year.
