Decent food, but the service needs serious improvement.

I picked something from the hot display because I didn’t want to wait, but still ended up waiting over 20 minutes. The woman behind the counter kept saying she’d “get it in a minute,” but she repeatedly stopped to chat with a guy nearby (seemed like her boyfriend)instead of helping customers. At this point, I wasn't sure if I was waiting for food or for her relationship to work out. 😅

When she finally got my food, she reached into the container with her finger to transfer it to another dish without any gloves or warning, which really bothered me. Then she added several sauce cups I didn’t ask for, which ended up leaking on my food. It just felt careless.

I also wasn’t told how the payment process worked, I paid for drinks first at the register, then went to go look at the food, not realizing everything should’ve been done together. The cashier acted annoyed instead of helping explain it.
