I was a little nervous to travel from 5 hours away to test drive a truck alone and had to work out the details of renting a car and figuring out the logistics. Armando was very patient and his communication was amazing while I figured this out. He did not rush me but held the truck for me until I was able to get there. He greeted me with my vehicle of interest ready to drive. He let me take my time and look over everything. I did happen to find a small coolant leak in which he had fixed right then and there to ensure I was getting my vehicle in top condition. He worked with me on pricing and made sure I was comfortable while I waited in the office. Armando offered me food and water as he knew I had been traveling all day. He even helped me by having one of his workers give me a ride to and from the rental car property so that I did not have to pay for an Uber. I would 100% buy a vehicle from him again. My truck is running and driving amazing!!! Thank you so much Liberty...

I was kind of in a hurry to buy a vehicle after hitting a deer and totaling my car. Went to look at a car in onawa it was a piece of junk. Stopped to look here and found a cute Ford Escape that I fell in love with. Everything was perfect when test driving. Then I drove it 2 hours and it said it was “over heating”, turns out it was a bad thermostat. They graciously fixed it which I was surprised and thankful for considering it’s an “as is” sale. Then it started to make a clunking sound. Took it in to my mechanic and the drive shaft was loose from the axle, that didn’t fix it so took it back and all of the spark plugs were different. Now, a month after buying it, the air conditioning quit working and now a tire sensor is out. I’ve already put about 500$ into this car and the car was already out of my price range. Not impressed with the vehicle but the owners were incredibly nice so that’s why they get 2 stars. Beware and KNOW what you’re looking for when...

Went to Liberty Auto to look at a vehicle. I test drove it and it had a couple of issues. I talked to them about it. Went to a few other car dealers and went back to Liberty. The guys there had the issues checked and informed me of another issue. They told me if I still wanted the vehicle they would get the issues fixed. I bought the vehicle. Liberty Auto is very honest and good prices. I will definitely go back and see them when I need another vehicle.

UPDATE: Shortly after getting the vehicle I took it in for an oil change. My mechanic informed me of more serious issues. I called Liberty and talked to them about it. Even though I bought it as is, they stood by their vehicle and we were able to reach an agreement on repairs. I would give them 10 stars if Google...
