Space Shirts — Local services in Merritt Island

Customer service is terrible here! If you have any sort of problem with your shirt, they will not fix it. I ordered a set of shirts for my team and the sizing was way off. My entire team was unhappy. I tried to bring the shirts in and they at first said they would fix but never did. They said they would send a couple of shirts back to the company but not all of the defected shirts and we had to pay for the new ones that we needed to be made. So we paid for new shirts and they still came out wrong!! The shirts were the wrong style!! She blamed me for it too! How unprofessional of them not to send out a confirmation email. I tried to speak to them on the phone and the manager Cheryl was so rude. She said she would not send the shirts back and that she was done with me and will not deal with this and hung up on me!!! I went in to pick up the shirts that she refused to send back and I tried to be nice and asked her if we could come up with a solution and again she was rude and told me she and the owner was done that we had to keep the messed up shirts. All I can say is this place is as good as I have heard about, I might be slightly biased though as my spouse works here, of course I didn't want to leave empty handed so bought a t-shirt but of course there's plenty of other space related goodies here and no doubt it is better value than the gift shop at Kennedy Space Center.

Certainly worth a 9 hour flight and a 55 minute drive though I didn't just get on a plane to drive here at the other end, I did want to call in again but I never got the chance to do so during my first of hopefully many visits to the Space Coast but there is always next time, I recommend this place to anyone visiting the area if you want space related things at a good price and with a very friendly service from some very lovely staff which as I mentioned includes my spouse so that may...

I can't say enough about this store. They have better prices and friendlier staff than the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. Their selection may not be as large, but they have souvenirs that are directly related to KSC. They also have a great custom order section. I have ordered custom jackets both while visiting Florida and after I returned home. They have taken great care in assuring that my order is not only handled with care but that any modification is authentic, such as the placement of the NASA meatball vs the visitor center that only cares about volume.
