Excuse Me!!!!! What I started with was simply asking a question referencing my merchandise I had ordered over a week ago, you ended it with you yelling and cussing. I have been trying to send in a response to your ridiculous response which you were trying to make yourself sound so innocent. NOT! Lady, bottom line You Just Got Caught by your customers finding out how rude and unprofessional you can be over the phone. Bottom line, when a customer orders a product and you are out of that product, contacting that customer and letting them know would of been a good idea. But instead you chose not to let me know that the delivery of that order would be delivered a little later than normal. That is what you call common curiosity, sounds like your not too familiar with that. Of course, it's obvious now. Look, I am a Senior and I did not appreciate your disrespectfulness, the yelling and cussing. You are a horrible person and very unprofessional. For the Wife of the Owner of this Company, you need to clean up that mouth of yours. I know how I was treated by you, and you know it was wrong. " You Just Got Caught" The Nicholson's Brother's would never treat a Customer in this fashion. They were very sweet, nice, decent people and very professional. I've read a lot of your reviews and I definitely agree, since the Nicholson's have been taken over by you people, the service is not the same. Order was placed by Weldon Blackwelder. We bought a 1/2 beef and took it to Mertzon Meat to process. We filled out the cut sheet, yet half of our order was not as requested on the cut sheet. We specifically specified 90% on the HB and we got 70% at best. There are the biggest grossest globs of white fat in the HB. Not only was the HB not right, they turned half of that beef into HB ! None of the extra cuts of meat we were used to getting. So now I have about 100 lbs of gross HB ! The ribeyes were supposed to be 3/4" and they were wafer thin. We spent alot on this half beef knowing it was great meat and was not given hormones, antibiotics or steroids because we care about the quality of our food only to have it the processors mess it all up. When I called the store thinking we surely got someone else's boxes explaining the very obvious fact the HB wasn't any where close to being 90% I was told their guys probably just didn't follow the cut sheet.
