Usually you write reviews AFTER they do their work, however I never had a chance to experience what/how they do things. I met with Chris, CEO of company approx 3 weeks ago regarding having a hole in my roof repaired after I removed a fireplace. He was very nice and cordial, but that facade was very shallow. He said he would have the work done in approx 3 wks and he would contact me and advise the necessary scheduling. After 3 weeks passed, I spoke him on Sat asking about the time frame, he said some one from their office would contact me on Monday morning. At 4 o'clock Monday afternoon I sent him a text message asking what was going on. He never replied! I then got a phone call from their office girl informing me I was scheduled for DEC 27, 2018, a full 53 DAYS from when he originally promised to have the work done. WOW! Guess he must be used to misleading customers and making false promises. Now with rain in the forecast in the next three days, I'm faced with finding another roofing company. This company sent a few guys to come and look at our roof on Feb 18th. They knocked on our door to inform us and within 10mins of being on the roof they were gone without telling us anything? After some back and forth with our HOA this company was supposed to call me or send me an email notifying me when the work was supposed to start? Today Saturday March 25th my family and I were woken up at 7am to these guys working on the roof. No notification at all and I'm sure all my other neighbors in the complex were upset too with all the noise of the compressor and crew on the roof! I was told by the HOA this was an expensive $5000 job and I'd have no problem with them starting the work at 7am any day except for Saturday and Sunday! Completely unprofessional. If I was notified I would have asked them as a courtesy to us and our neighbors of our townhome that if they wanted to start roof repair at 7am to please do it Monday-Friday. Had a leak in the spare bedroom after the rain on September 8th. and called my brother to get the name of a roofer to call. He said they were happy with the work done by "Red Mountain Roofing" so we called them to get an estimate and find out what needed done. The Estimator was Ken an extremely nice person and he went up on the flat roof and could not find anything wrong. He said that this was the worse amount of rain that fell in 75 years and actually the roof looked good and he could not see any visible damage. When do you ever hear that from a roofer lol!
