HORRIBLE experience with this salon hair stylist was Hillary the worst Before I even had my appointment I advised I wanted an A line hair cut and that I had curly hair and it would need to be straightened then cut. I sat in the chair said and I quote sorry not telling you how to do your job but you would need to straighten my hair then cut it worse mistake even saying that from there Hillary had an attitude .she did not even comb out my hair she just started putting it in clips. I told her I wear it straight she said and I quote if you wanted your hair cut like that you typically need to have your hair straight when you come in and it went down hill fast. I should have got up and left then but I thought maybe I am being to sensitive WRONG!!!...she did not even speak unless I tried to start a conversation I recvd 1nor 2 worded answers. When she was done she asked I liked it I wanted to say HELL NO it was not even an a line hair cut I wanted to go off, but I did not want to cause a scene and ruin other customers time.. Right when I left I called and left a message on how awful my hair was. I recvd a call back a few days later saying I could come in and someone else would fix it. I went back and the young girl upfront even said yeah not an a line hair cut. So new stylist took me back this time I came in with my hair straight that stylist did not even listen to me so I stopped talking and got up from her chair said I wanted my money back they advised would need to have owner call me I have yet to recv a call from the owner. This salon does not care about there cuatomers they are not professional in any way. Example when I called I had to ask if I was calling the salon due to the way they answered the phone. Sooo I had to go pay to get my hair fixed else where I have a big event coming up and found an amazing salon professional, curtious, and they listened, explained the process that amazing salon is EPIC SALON go there not here I have never been treated so...

My stomach is in knots whenever I look in the mirror. I wish the result looked better. I went to the salon about a month ago to get my gray roots colored. I expressed to the stylist that my hair turns darker after coloring and whatever she is thinking is the right color, she should go one or tow level lighter. I explained about my previous experiences and emphasized multiple times that she should pick a lighter shade. Unfortunately she didn't take it serious and went with the color she had in mind, thinking I don't know s**t. Of course my hair turned darker at the roots than the rest and looks awful. I worked so hard to get it right and even had a color correction, and now much effort and money is wasted. After she washed my hair she was surprised/shock herself but kept mentioning that it will lighten up after a few washes. I knew that was not going to the case, after all I lived with this hair all my life, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited a month before I wrote this review. I've washed my hair multiple times since and there is still a major difference between the top two inches and the rest. It aches my heart but can't do anything about it except to get another color correction which is expensive. Sigh... Dear stylists please LISTEN to your customers, we are not as dumb as you think :(
