I received a damaged and dirty sofa in the first week of July. The movers took pictures and reported the damage to the company and told me that someone will contact me in 2-3 days. 10 days later I called the customer service to see why nobody has contacted me. The customer service representative told me I need to send more pictures and they will contact me next week. 2 weeks passed and no one called me. So I called again. This time I was told that I need to call the customer service for online orders. So I called and explained everything again and I was told that someone will contact me. One week later I called and had to explain the situation again to someone new. I finally escalated the situation enough to be able to speak with the supervisor. She said that she will call me next week and let me know if they can replace the furniture. I waited for 10 business days again and she didn’t call me back. So I called again and this time she wouldn’t talk to me and had someone take my message. I was transferred to another supervisor and was promised a new Sofa on August 1st and even got a confirmation email. Today is October 3rd and I still have not received my sofa. This company should not be in business because they lack basic customer service and I will never spend another penny on anything from this store again. It's been 3 months since I purchased a bedroom set and I've been sleeping on the floor because they still haven't been in to assemble my bed, i paid for a service that has not been provide and that is just awful! How can such a big name company treat their customers this way? I've asked them to take their furniture back since it hasn't even been used because it's not assembled and they tell me they can't so that anymore because it's been so much time since I purchased it. I've called dozens of times and I get the same excuses and lies, that the person that helped me the previous call did things wrong, I've heard that excuse about 6 times now. Read moreThe black guy who works at the front security gate and drives the silver Impala is extremely unprofessional. I drive trucks and I have to deal with him often. He never says anything. When I came to this location for the first time, I had to ask him questions on where to go. Then he has an attitude as if you’re automatically supposed to know. As if it’s not his JOB. Customer service completely nonexistent, and it’s not ok because he’s the first person you have to encounter when coming here. His head is always down in his phone when you pull up or he’s actively engaging in a phone conversation when signing the paperwork. God forbid if there was an actual threat.
