Hillbilly's Jerky — Local services in Metal Township

It's a shame I am even writing this, because their beef jerky is really good. I get it from the farm show every year and I get a few packs. Well, this year when I went, they were not paying attention and gave me the wrong items. I paid more for the jerky and got the chips, which I don't like. I only like the jerky strips. I emailed them and didn't get a response so I emailed them again, and I got a response back letting me know that she's a single mom of 3 girls and can't always respond. Fine. However, What I don't appreciate is being told to give them a call, so I do, and then she tells me that there's nothing she can do but if I have any suggestions, she will listen. I am confused because this is your business, not mine, and I'm not on payroll to come up with suggestions for your company. So, she suggested to me that I could come to the outdoor show and buy it again! Not exchange the wrong products, just buy it again. So, I'm supposed to go to an outdoor show that I have no interest in, pay for parking, just to pay for them again, even though they messed up my order. I am highly disappointed in the customer service aspect of this company and unless they make it right, myself and my family will NEVER order...

Anytime I travel anywhere. I purchased a new jerky to try. And in all the places my travels taken me to around the country hillbilly's is by far my favorite! Especially the hot and spicy. Fresh, moist, incredibly priced and a taste that you'll never forget. Also my dog is super picky. Like worse than a person. And these are about the only bones he will eat! Jerky is good yes but what isn’t is customer service. Ordered from them twice both times order was messed up. First time I let it go second time I emailed and then called them since they was a price difference. They said they would ship correct product out multiple times and yet still nothing. Will not be ordering ever again and have to let family know they won’t be getting what...
