Dollar General — Local services in Metropolis

I love this Dollar General Location. The selection isn't always as good as some others, but it's also not terrible, and I, usually, always feel very welcome when I'm in there. They are also very accepting of my service dog and have never given me any access issues in all the years they've been open, at this location, and I've been going here. I also got my new favorite chair, there (a big saucer chair), and I just picked up a second one of the same chair, tonight, when I noticed they had another one in stock, because my animals love the chair, as well, haha 🤣. This is a fairly new store, less than two years. It is clean and well stocked. I'm not a "regular" customer of this store; instead we save up our needs and make an infrequent "major" trip to hit Walmart, Home Depot, Sears, Best Buy, etc. all in one trip for supplies. However, I do stop into the Dollar General from time to time if there is some specific item that I need right now and don't want to (or can't) wait several weeks. I'm usually pleasantly surprised to find that they have what I need and at a reasonable price. It is a handy place to pick up needed items. Last year my daughter and i went in this one and we got to watching the manager and she was watching my daughter everywhere she went.She went in alone in April of 2020 and the manager made her cry and she left and totaled my car i let it go the last few times i have went in they have followed my around.I wont go back till district does something.I have spent enough money in there i have paid their wages...
