Russell Electric — Local services in Metropolis

I’m not sure how to feel really. Service cost $400 and I’m not sure what service I received. Tech was nice. He did show up quite late which I understand that things get busy. He cleaned out my unit and left all the mess in my garden bed. When I asked him how my coolant level looked it seemed as if he didn’t check it just the way he stumbled around his words. I don’t believe he did check. Upon talking to him a little more, he said he was new, and everything he knew about the business he learned on the job. I don’t feel like I got my moneys worth really. Said they could fix the electricity in my camper. Man came had no idea whT he was doing. He called a friend on his cellphone e talked to him for over an hour. Then told me he would have to take the panel out and take it to this guy to fix cause he didnt k ow goes to. Week later he brought it back put it back in and still didnt work . Charged me over 400.
