They are getting over on the reconnect fees. A bal of $54 resulted in lights being cutoff, and then have to pay $90 for reconnect fees. Notified them that I am not getting notifications at all from them. It isn't a money issue, it is me being responsible for 3 households and relying on the notifications of bill being due. Charging $90 to flip a switch is crazy. The elderly are on fixed incomes, and to have that big of a chunk taken from their income is robbery. The ladies I spoke with don't care. They just read the typical customer service line... I understand your frustration. Avoid this company...

Lost food, the fridge itself and still had to pay a high electrical bill. Was told that it was that my fridge was no good in the bebeginning, not fogetting it was working just fine before your so called grid problems. Smh...you want your money for my lights but my 4 kids and I just lost almost a month supply of food. Way to go...
