BUYER BEWARE! This vendor will cheat, they will lie, and they will procrastinate! I bought 3 magazines from these guys, via gunbroker, on 3/19/20. I chose them due to the power seller status, and the fact that they claimed to have 37 magazines in inventory. I immediately paid them after the transaction. I expected the magazines to arrive in a timely manner as an FFL dealer was not even needed to complete the transaction. I followed up after about a week, as advised by gunbroker. Several days later they would send a short, ambiguous email that made no attempt to explain a timeframe or action. If they would have told me âHey, we are encountering delays due to COVID and we canât provide a timeframe at this moment.â, I would have been sympathetic, but they didnât. I did another follow up email, and they returned a short, ambiguous, borderline sarcastic response. Many days later I eventually received a general email meant for mass distribution saying that they were experiencing delays but offered to refund customers. I immediately told them to refund me. They eventually sent me an email telling me that they would refund me but I would have to fill out a non paying customer notice so that they could still get their auction fees from gunbroker?! I paid them immediately! This is not the fault of gunbroker! I contacted gunbroker immediately, notifying them that the vendor was trying to defraud them and I forwarded all emails. I followed all of the guidance that gunbroker directed me to do after they received my communication. I then tried to contact the vendor numerous times by phone, email, and IM, but was unsuccessful. Research of the vendor shows that they are only open for business for 5 hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Despite the fact that I clearly stated that I wanted a refund, they left one single voicemail on a Friday, 10 minutes before they closed, stating that they tried to contact me, but since I didnât answer the phonecall from a 1-800 number, that they were still shipping my magazines at that time. A FedEx e-mail indicated that the product didnât even ship until the following Tuesday. The FedEx e-mail showed an expected delivery date of 9/4/20?!, which I can only attribute to the continued incompetence of the vendor. To say Iâm disappointed is an understatement. These guys are scumbags. The only positive thing I can say about this vendor is thank God I only bought magazines from them instead...
   Read moreAlthough l, in the end, I didnât end up with what I wanted, I give them 5 stars. I ordered a pistol with shooting brace from their website. I believe I ordered on a Tuesday and it was at my FFL Friday. Unfortunately when I opened it up at the FFL, I realized it was not the one in the picture, it did not have a shooting brace.
I did exactly what they had instructed me to do. I did not do the transfer and immediately called customer service. They were more than helpful, assured me they would research what happened and get back with me. A few days later they told me they sent my FFL a label for return. My FFL did take their time shipping it back but thatâs not on Black Market.
Black market received my return and credited me back. I was anxious to order the pistol I wanted so I did contact customer service, Zach in particular. Zach was professional and I couldnât have asked for anything more.
Unfortunately they are out of stock with the pistol I want, so have ordered it from somewhere else. I personally wouldnât hesitate ordering from black market arms in the future.
Most of the complaints here seem to be people who didnât follow the directions of inspecting the item and not accepting the firearm if it is incorrect.    Read moreMade an attempt to purchase 3 guns on gunbroker from this comany. I was invoiced at over 85 dollars more per gun totaling 255.00 and I sent more than 5 emails to get it corrected. Once they finally corrected the OVERCHARGE they attempted to pull off, they then started adding transaction fees to get the total to remain the higher amount. I received repsonses from the company with vulger language, name calling, and lies. The last email I received was from the owner Ray who said he knew nothing of the issue and the funny thing about that is, I looked back at the emails and he was the signature at the bottom of several of the emails that included the lies and name calling. Within minutes I made the purchase at CLASSIC FIREARMS instead, got the items paid for instantly, no issues with the correct amount, they shipped them and I had them in three days. I spent more than three days screwing with Black Markets errors. GO TO CLASSIC FIREARMS if you want the treatment you deserve. Ray is a LIAR and cheat. I will visit the store when I am in the neighborhood but not to make a purchase. I want to see how tough these guys are face to face because they love to run their mouths in emails.
