South Beach Flyboarding and Jet Ski — Local services in Miami Beach

Hospitality a 5 but organization a 0. Nice guys and I dont have an axe to grind personally with them but it was terribly disorganized and a 1.5 hr jet ski excursion wound up being a 5 hr experience on time we'd have much rather spent enjoying our vacation.

They got great reviews here on Google so we booked with them. They asked us to arrive 20 minutes prior to our appointed time....40 minutes prior he calls us asking if we're there yet.....we explained to him that we were on the time schedule he set.

Once we got there we were easily lost because there is no clear indicators for where there business operates from. They basically work out of the grounds of a retired public pool.....very strange. Again the proprietor was very nice...but it was a bit off putting.

He took payment and then discovered that our ferry boat to the jet ski area was a god 25-30 minutes late....so we waited around at the grounds of a retired public pool facility.

Then our ferry came and it was a shoddy old pontoon boat with a boat driver who said he's been driving pontoon boats for 6 whole months! Yeah for us! I seemed less and less legit as we ferried out to an island in the middle of Biscayne Bay. Once there we met the other guys who would b taking us out on the skis, no markings, no tshirts or uniforms of any kind, no logos, noting. Just 2 dudes and 2 beat up old skis.

We got no instruction, just jumped on and let 'er rip. This part was pretty great. No supervision, just take it and have at it. We did a 1 hr tour in 30 minutes which was fun, and beautiful, and at times very scary but all in all a memorable time.

Then we sat around for way too long waiting for the pontoon boat to drive us back.

Again a nice time on the water and the guys were nice but horribly disorganized and it wound up costing us time we'd have enjoyed .

The proprietor did offer me a small discount for our troubles and for that I am...

My 1st time ever Jet Skiing, and it was an AMAZING experience. South Beach Fly Board and Jet Ski made my 1st time very memorable, specifically the Jet Ski instructor named "Nice," he is very professional, and knowledgeable you'll be in safe hands and shown a AWESOME time.

Nice took beautiful pictures and video of my time on the jet ski's, that came out marvelous. The whole South Beach Flyboarding and Jet Ski crew were super kind and will show you a time to remember.

Thank you ALL again, and I will be back to enjoy another good time w/ you guys. I will recommend booking South Beach Flyboarding and Jet Ski trust you will not be disappointed, but...

I made a reservation for a jet ski rental for January 10, 2024 (and even confirmed by calling the location), and no one never showed up at the pick up location that was sent to me. We waited for over an hour after our scheduled time and there was no one there. We called and messaged several times and no one responded, and I still haven't gotten a response to this day. Very unprofessional and left us stranded. Thankfully we didn't lose any money, but we lost so much time getting there and waiting.
