UPDATE: Went to the Palmrtto and 47th Ave store where I purchased items. I was promised a phone call from The store manager that never came so I went there after 7 hrs of waiting for a phone call. Store manager NEVER came to meet me at customer service as I requested as soon as I arrived. Appliance manager NEVER came down from the second floor to meet me downstairs either. To add insult to injury the customer service agent finally found my order in the system and printed out the pics the installer claimed it was a dirty space. (Posted here) nothing was dirty and the base of my laundry room is cement so I don’t know what else installer wanted. The customer service guy attempted to excuse the installer’s abusive behavior by stating that the haul away machine he needed to take was rusted and because a company policy for the health of the worker he couldn’t take the rusted machine. Of course, I laughed, but I’ve got to give it to him for making up a last minute health policy for which he couldn’t provide a printout of when asked so I could read such policy. The installer never mentioned anything about a health policy of rusted machine only that the area of the installation was dirty and he wanted it cleaner (not sure to what standards). So, after all the aggravation and ridiculous excused over a new made up policy I demanded a full refund of my purchase of $1,503.00. I was refunded only $1,262 and needed to go through more aggravation of mistake after mistake and after 5 different credits they finally gave me my money back. UNREAL!!! I told them train your people that when you sell a haul away you need to ask if any part of the machine being removed is rusted and mention this new made up health policy so client is aware and takes care of hauling away old machine and only waits for install. The issue really was that installer didn’t want to work because install was in a tight space. CS stated installer was from a third party company snd I said he is wearing a BRANDSMART TSHRT. I recorded the incident and his refusal to give me my paid for items even after declining installation from him!! No need to this aggravation, taking my $1,500 to another store and of course asking ahead if they have any weird policies I need to be aware of before installation. Of course, never coming back to brandsmart USA. There is plenty of stores to buy from and canceling my Brandsmart card.
Worse experience ever with a washer and dryer Installer. He was super rude and had a terrible attitude from the beginning. The installation was in a tight space and he refused to install claiming area was not clean and snapping pics. I took a broom and swiped in 2 seconds. He still refused with the excuse you need to clean more…I said more how? Its clean already please install the machines. He refused and left and took the machines with him. I asked him to forget about installation and to give me the machines I’ll have someone else install them and he refused without telling me a reason. I asked multiple times. No installation, give me my machines and he tefused. I asked for his name and he refused. I asked his helper who also ignored me. He was set on not giving me the machines I paid $1,500 for and he took off. I called customer service and they put me on hold and transferred me to a sales person on another store and salesman didn’t even know why he got the call. To get rid of my call they just transferred me out to whomever....
   Read moreOn the first of July 1 bought a refrigerator, a dryer and a washing machine, I scheduled the delivery for the following Saturday and on my delivery turn, they did not call me, nor did they bother to know how they could deliver the equipment if they did not enter the condominium entrance they could access it, of course if they had called me they would know that the entrance is at the back, well, nothing, they took a photo and continued on their way, in the end it doesn't matter, one more customer who stayed the whole day waiting and they didn't deliver the purchase , something common that already happens in brandsmart. I called the delivery department and he very calmly told me that I had to schedule for another day. ask, because they didn't call me to tell you where to enter, or because they live in a condominium, they will never make the delivery. Well, I went to brandsmart, I complained and nothing happened. In the end, I scheduled the delivery for the following Saturday, leaving a note that they would call me to tell them where the entrance to the condominium was and because of the last bad day they were going to leave the delivery among the first. What do you think, they did not keep their word, something usual in brandsmart, they send me the delivery confirmation that the delivery was between 2 pm and 5 pm, I stayed angry and accepted that in the end there is no respect for the client, nor desire to to be satisfied so I accepted that what I wanted was my equipment. After half an hour, they called me from the delivery department to tell me that they didn't have the refrigerator, wow, how is it possible that they had it last week and now they don't. Well, nothing, they sold it, even though it was already sold, they sold it again, what a piece of bad company brandsmart is. I went to complain directly again, hoping that now they would attend to me and help me, some discount, an apology, some preferential treatment, for the pity of what happened and being such bad company. hahahaha, nothing, Alexander gomez took care of me, I tell him for everything that happens, waiting for an answer that would satisfy my anger, haha, zero empathy, expression of power on his face, he entered the system and just said, we will have it again by the end of August. WOW, I didn't think so, but yes, you either wait or wait, I thought, I automatically asked to cancel and with the expression of Alexander Gomez poker, I cancel the order without further ado, and that's it. The end of the bad experience is that one less customer, because of course, I prefer to pay more than buy from brandsmart, and the US thing, that's over, the American idiosyncrasy doesn't exist in that company, customer...

I went to the Brandssmart located at 47 ave and Palmetto. I got an item which was priced at $48.88 there were multiple items under the same tag, and the tag listed the exact same feautures of the item I was getting. When I get to the register the cashier tells me that the total was $78 and some change. I explained to her what I previously stated. She calls the department manager and he tells me that the model was not the same so they could not honor it. However, the item that the tag was supposed to be for was not in the store. So my question is why would they have a tag out for an item that is not even in the store, and the tag of the item I had was no where to be found. However, like I previously said, multiple items of the one I had were under the $48.88 price. He said that is not their fault that customers move thinga around, implying that I did such a thing. I asked to speak to another superior and he said that there was no one avobe him, which I later found out was not true since the manager Ariel Vyito was there. He took care of me but was extremely arrogant and did not have any ethics. He said that they will no honor it since if he goes to Publix and moves things around they will not give him things for a lower price. Firts of all that comment was out of place but nonetheless I explained to him that I used to work at Publix and that if items were under the wrong tag we will honor it since it wasnt the customers fault. And like I said before, it wasnt just one item, there were multiple items as the one I was getting under the $48.88 price tag. Then later he said that if my neighbor puts a for sale sign in my car that I wasn't going to sale my car. Another bad example since my car is a private property and I don't operate a retail business. Since he just completely ran out of excuses and bad examples he just said he will not honor it. I called your customer service corporate line and they would either hang up on me or transfer me to wrong departments. I expect a prompt response since your customer service is deplorable and your managers are extremely unprofessional.
