My best friend and I booked the “Aqua Escape” experience and had a wonderful time overall. The tour guides were incredibly kind, helpful, fun, and knowledgeable, which made the experience truly enjoyable.
However, I am deducting one star due to some confusion and miscommunication with the booking vendors. Leading up to the experience, we received multiple text messages from different phone numbers—some of which provided conflicting information, such as different addresses and contact numbers. To this company, I would recommend streamlining the communication process and limiting the number of texts sent to avoid this kind of confusion. Also, before advising customers to meet at a location, to check which experience they booked before telling them where they should be meeting up.
We informed one of the contacts that was in communication with us about the event via text that we would be approximately 10 minutes late, and they responded with a phone number to call upon arrival. Unfortunately, this number was different from the one originally provided, and the person who answered insisted we should be at the Hard Rock location, which was 15 minutes away from the address we had. This caused a great deal of confusion. Thankfully, we were at the correct location all along. When we explained the situation to the event coordinator, Gigi, she was completely unaware of the issue, which indicates a clear disconnect between the vendors and the on-site event coordinator.
Additionally, I would advise caution when sending payment via Zelle (they do not accept credit cards). The event coordinator took my friend’s phone, entered an incorrect phone number, and sent the payment to the wrong recipient. Upon realizing the mistake, she proceeded to send the correct payment herself. She stated she “wouldn’t charge” for the mistake but did not seem confident or convincing as when saying it. We then had to contact the unintended recipient and were fortunate that they agreed to return the funds. While my friend should not have handed over the phone, I would still caution future guests to handle their own transactions to prevent similar issues.
Despite these setbacks, the experience itself was excellent, and we truly appreciated the enthusiasm and professionalism of the tour guides. There is a large cooler on the boat, which I believe had mini kegs of beer for the guests to drink. We got to Jetski, Banana boat, swim in the water, and relax on the floating mat. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I booked the 40 ft yatch for 4 hours (4-8 pm) and a jet ski rental x 2 ppl for two hours (3-5 pm). They were so late that we only got just under 3 hours on the yatch and only 1 hour (nearly 2 hours late) on the jet ski. They advertise 350 lb weight limit but it's really 280.
All I asked is that I get refunded for a 3 hour yatch rental unstead of 4 and 1 jet ski. They refunded the jet ski (only after I left a complaint) and they absolutely refused to refund to a 3 hour rental saying that it's not their decision. They said it was my decision to only do 3 instead of 4 hours - well yess because I dont want to be swimming 9 pm at night and YOU were nearly an hour late.
Absolutely horrible service, customer service, no apologies and will STEAL your money. I don't understand how they can be in business if their model is theft. I dont care about the money but rather the principal, I am a physician surgeon, but the fact that they are late, no explanation, and no respect for their customer is insane to me. Please stay away!!!!!

As I mentioned in the original post YOUR team was nearly an HOUR late (I have pictures and timing of everything as I knew this was going to happen) which you do not even recognize in your response. I was offered the full availability but that would be until 9PM. If I took the full time my family will be swimming in the DARK which is NOT SAFE! Therefore, I only used 3 hour because it was not safe to continue on.
Secondly you say that you refunded me the jet ski only as a courtesy. How can you say this is a courtesy when this was not even provided or used? You were charging me, keeping the money, and only returned once the customer complained. Explain that.

Read moreI can"t believe the reviews ....worst worst experiance ,,,,,,waste of money and horrible customer service ,,,I don't usually post bad reviews ,,,and try avoid it but if I don't do it this time its betraying anyone that choose them ,,,,I booked 2 jetski online and I went there for an hour fun but what I got experiance ,,,a lot of attitude from Roberto .....when we got there they said we only accept Cash or Zelle ,,,which i only have Zelle ...their zelle account was not working and after many times of trying and receiving verification code on phone to transfer the money ,,it all rejected ,,,so he called one of his friends to use his zelle account ,,by now we are there more than 30 min waiting for them to accept the money and start our ride .....they give us two Jetskies which one of them broke and they told me I should not drive over seaweeds ....how the heck in the green water with sun and driving 35 MPH on the water i can see the see-weeds and avoid them .....secondly my jetski have to run all the time but my girl's jetski not ,,,so the other guy with another jetski followed her and told her ."hey listen when you stop you need to turn off the jetski !!!" why bcz you guys wanna save some money on the gas while you provide the free gas on one hour ride ...and we just follow and turmed off our jetskie to chill ,,,,then mine was not turning on ,,,,and hers is on ,,,they come and told us ,,,no no no you should not turn off your jetski she should ,,!!!!!! what the hell !??? at the end I finish my ride 20 min before ending that one hour ,,,bcs again they come to us why you drive that way ...go this way ,,,,that was the worst ever ever jet ski ride i had in my life ...... its only good for you to take some pictures and spend 165$ for a old jetski with lots of laws and regulations...
