My furniture is so beautiful. I got it on sale and I’m so in love. It came with a minor scratch but nothing a little spray paint won’t fix and it’s so tiny too I’ve learned you can’t get mad at materialistic things when it’s not going to kill you. I’m sure it was a mistake and why would any company want to give their customers damaged items, it happens , furniture is sensitive and fragile. My salesperson was Rachel and she was beyond helpful and took her time to speak with people at the warehouse and was able to get pictures and videos of the actual furniture I was viewing on Instagram. She was so nice and helpful I recommend her to anyone that goes. My parents will be buying after seeing how beautiful my furniture is. This place is so great. I really don’t get the bad reviews. My delivery guy came at 10 pm and he forgot to call but they have so many deliveries they wake up at 7 am and finish at about 3 am it’s not their fault. Customer service is horrible, I went in on a Saturday paid off complete amount for what I wanted. Had them call and confirm delivery date and that everything was in stock before order was paid. They confirmed reservation and approved delivery. On day of delivery the man called at 9:30pm to ask if I still wanted furniture because they were far away. Of course I said yes because I threw out my old bed. They showed up at midnight and the first thing he tells me is that one piece from my order is in back order. No one from store called me to let know. Also the sales rep who placed order was in such a rush to collect money from sale that she didn't include box spring on order sheet so I only received a mattress. Even tho price was for both. Overall, they say yes to everything you want to hear but when it comes down to it. They are unreliable and definitely do not have any type of customer services background. You don't lie to make a sale, this I know personally. I feel that they don't care about the clients wants or needs, and if they do is to their convenience. I would not suggest this place to nobody ! They assist you good but the delivery for us was during 7:30pm and there was no light the dressser was damaged and it look like they had given a brush paint in white on the back part ! That was my mother’s set my set is worst the bed frame has little scratches like little deep wholes and also painted in white with brush.. the dresser doors don’t open properly and you can’t even take them out! The worst thing of this is that we called Jenniffer and my mother told her the issue with her dresser broken and NOT EVEN NEW LOOKING they offer her 50$ dollars back for that! Like what in the world after she gave a thousand and 300 and something plus a glass table they sent her that was 2,300 amost and they brought her another table and when she told him about it also they told her that was the one she asked for which was a lie because i went with her and saw it myself! And they gave her a 700 dollar table instead of the one she payed for !
