Cook's Processing — Local services in Miami

Awesome experience! I heard really good things about Cook's so decided to give them a try. We live in Yale, OK which is about 2 hours from Miami, but decided to make the trip because of their reputation and their great prices. They were booked out a ways (the good ones usually are) but were able to get us on the calendar when it worked for us, which we really appreciated. We dropped off 18 lambs and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to hear our specific requests about cuts and were even willing to cut each lamb differently according to the tag numbers. The end product was phenomenal!! They did such a great job--far better than bigger butchers around the Tulsa area have done for us. Their price is also awesome. I can't say enough good things about these guys! We are very blessed to have them here in Oklahoma. Keep up the good...

Great job very happy with everything. One thing I would change and I hope management see this. On the Patty packs. You really need to put a piece of parchment between them without that it's just a lb of burger. I asked for Patty's but it was a 50lb min. Order which is fine.
