Had an absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. Dan, the owner of the company, puts a very personal touch to your event while also managing to have the best prices around - very impressive and so different from experiences we had with other tent/party rental companies. While other places tried to upsell, Dan was no bs about exactly what we needed. He took the time to come out to our space months in advance and made some great and practical suggestions that ended up steering us to success for our wedding. He even looked for opportunities to keep costs down for us when we expressed some budget restrictions, and did so without cutting corners. Not to mention top-notch products(the tents looked fantastic) and very professional and timely set-up and breakdown with a friendly crew. Sam & Dan were amazing to work with. From the initial booking to the day of the event customer service was fantastic. The day of the party did not look so great weather wise, so they emailed me before hand asking if I would want to take a credit since it looked like the day would be a wash. Dan called me the morning of and we agreed that if the weather looked like it wouldn’t improve I would definitely just take the credit. We kept an eye on the weather, it finally cleared up about 2 hours before the party and he told me he would come deliver it. He ended up getting there prior to party time start and quickly setup and cleaned/wiped down the entire bounce house. St. Ambrose Catholic Church located in Baltimore City, Maryland have been using services from McManus Amusements LLC for a few years. They have provided excellent services to us each time. Always prompt, patient, and thorough with showing us how to use the equipment and keeping us abreast with new items to consider for making our community events a great hit. Well they did it again for our August 24, 2025 Mass on the Grass event. The kids, parents and families enjoyed every bit of the event. The bouncy is always a hit, the popcorn machine keep them coming back for more of the delicious popcorn; but wait the carnival high striker was a huge hit for everyone!!
