Previously, I raved about this market and the farm, as they were stellar with customer service and a local place and had great produce. However, they likely got too big too fast or something has happened. I understand the stressors of the pandemic and empathize greatly as my own family has been greatly impacted, but they have become extremely rude and do not value their customers. In an attempt to assist them, or bring some matters to the owners attention, I reached out in a respectful manner, (pointing out how grateful I was for their kindness & great produce and empathetic I was to stressors) with concerns, mainly due to my dad (Veteran, Native Vermonter, very kind) being treated very rudely there, and received no response, when I followed up I was chastised and told I was insensitive however I re-read my message and asked severely people to review it prior to sending to assure it was not presented in that tone- and told she did not want my business.
