CVS — Local services in Middleton

I was in this CVS location on 7/26/20 and this store does not have the signs hanging from the ceiling letting you know where the departments are located. It was very frustrating trying to find the items I was there to purchase. Also when I asked the cashier why there are no signs she said that the CVS wants the customer to ask the employees when they need to find an item. I was not a fan of that reasoning. As how much extra time it may take to find an employee rather than look at the ceiling for the signage. Also I do not want extra interactions with unnecessary people as we continue with this pandemic. I will not be shopping at this location again. I know why people think that CVS in Middleton is awful. I just waited in line for five minutes while 2 people , one who was supposed to be ringing up the register, was sitting there, and having a nice little chat with another employee, while she was fixing the automated self check out. I did not say a word, and then the cashier came behind the counter where I have been standing there for five minutes. I assumed he was coming to ring me up. No he was coming to get something out of the register and literally walked right by me , no, I’ll be right with you nothing! When you are in healthcare dealing with elderly people you need to be professional. This CVS location (pharmacy only) is appalling!! The service was hen you call in is so unprofessional, they do not give you the proper information, then you get down there and the prescription is not ready. Apparently narcotics can be delivered via post in 2-3 days but not by immediate delivery. That makes no sense………the 100 hands it passes thru via post is legal but the immediate delivery service is not? And to be rude and obnoxious about it at the same time is so unprofessional instead of apologizing for incompetent employees giving out the wrong info. My suggestion is Walgreens, never have...
