Use caution, the president, Dan Lemieux and staff, Dan Wettergreen and Bob Dugar, lie. We purchased a used boat from them and were told on multiple occasions that the boat would be "summarized" and "water ready". To our surprise, we put the boat in the water and it almost sunk because the cover was missing over the shaft, allowing water to flood the boat. When I asked what was done to the boat to "summarize" and make it "water ready" the response from all, president included, was: refer to the "As Is" contract terms, which for the record, were never shared during the sales process. I asked for a signed copy of the terms and the service records and their response was to "get a lawyer" and that they wouldn't respond to me anymore. Its because they don't have the signed contract terms, because they never shared it with me, and because they lied and don't have service records for the boat. Its with a mechanic now who confirmed the boat was not prepped for the season as they said it would be. Upon requesting them to warranty the work they say was performed, their response is they only warranty boats that were purchased new from them. Except off season they will service your Malibu boat, give it back to customer broken with the same issues and charge you for all repairs. When you bring it to their attention, its not their problem and you can wait for 4 to 6 weeks for them to even consider looking at it. This is on a 2013 very well maintained boat in excellent condition. After bringing my boat in for service, I now have the original issue still not working and additional issues that were not a problem when i dropped it off. The bill was paid immediately once they said the boat was ready.
