Horrible experience! Asked for one size and they ordered a bigger size and no one called to let us know. They let us pick the dresses up no one said anything. Got home tried them on and too big. I called the company and they said bring them back up and they would alter them for free.....why didn't they do that when dresses were picked up. When we came back after alterations my dress had small black spots, the length was still to long and one arm did not even go up on my shoulder cause it was hemmed to tight. They said no problem they would work on fixing the spots and make them arm bigger. My sister picked dresses up the day before the wedding. I took mine out and the black spots grew way bigger and the arm was still tight. My mom was getting married the next day and i had to walk down with massive black spots and circulation cut off on my arms. I was devastated and nothing I could do. They are refunding the money for dress but very rude about it. We drove several times back and forth from Huber Heights to Middletown and all they could say is I'm not arguing with the alterations lady and rudely said "all we can say is sorry" rudely. No cares other that they ruined the dress.........would never...

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A YOUNG GIRL!!!

I’m writing this review around 10 years later after having such a negative experience with a woman working at this shop (I believe she was a blonde middle aged woman). I drove past the other day and had to leave this review in hopes of helping someone else who even dares to think about walking in this store. I was a freshman in high school around 15 years old looking around this store for my first homecoming dress. This is such an impressionable time for young girls. I asked a woman for help and she spoke to me in such a rude, condescending manner that this experience has stuck with me for 10 years!!! I wanted to let anyone reading this know the impact that this woman had on me as a young teenager and I would never dare allow my daughters near this place. Please do not shop here and do not continue to support this contemptuous behavior that this one particular woman exhibits towards young...

Absolutely horrible. The woman at the front barely talked to me. My friend is getting married and picked our bridesmaid dresses from here. I was married 2 weeks prior and my wedding dress from David's bridal was 14 and i had it taken in at the top to a 12. These ladies said i had to order an 18 because supposedly that's what i measured to in my waist. I was beyond surprised and explained to them my size and they said it's not possible. Well low and behold I ordered the dress and received it Yup it FALLS off without being unzipped. All of the bridesmaids dresses do this and we paid 190 for these dresses and they are wanting to charge us 130 minimum for the alterations. I'm livid! We all are. Do not buy from them they also messed up the flower girls dress it's too small. Stay away! I've never reviewed anyone but...
