I have been buying Spike's Ultra from this company since I picked up Reggie Hedgehog about 3 years ago. He loves the food and the company seems pretty considerate. I had an issue with my payment card, and they called to ask for an alternative because they "didn't want to risk him being without food." I later had an issue with my apartment where they couldn't locate the package, and I emailed Pet Pro asking for the tracking number.
