The Village of Bayberry — Local services in Middletown

Great community with awesome neighbors, a lake house, and we enjoy the easy walk around the neighborhood. Keep in mind that the neighborhood is divided between the Appo and Colonial school districts so choose your lot wisely. The 2-star review is based on the poor construction and the lack of effort to get issues repaired. We've had several issues but the drywall finish work and painting are among the worst I've ever seen. Blenheim clearly hires cheap labor and unfortunately for the homeowners who paid top dollar for their homes, the result is poor...

Substandard build quality that can even be seen in the model homes. There are even nail pop-outs(from rusted nails) in the drywall already. The wainscoting looks nice from a distance, but bad up close.

The floorplans are modern but leave more to be desired in terms of bedroom size on some plans. Their interior designer clearly tried to squeeze in extra items around the place that made little sense like the in-law tripping side table in front of...

Nice community. Builder quality is worst. They will not address any closing or 30 day walkthrough issues. It's been more than 6 months and some issues are still pending. I heard the same complaint from my friends and neighbors who closed around the same time. Think before signing the contract as it is very difficult to get hold of them...
