Zip Drive Thru — Local services in Middletown

I just called...I got home, and was charged more than I should have been. The person from Zips Drive Thru informed me that if my order is below $4.00, they are going to add $0.50, I assume to cover their cost for having a credit card machine. But this was not explained to me, the man simply handed me the receipt. Also, please be advised, if you DO go to Zip's Drive Thru, the number printed on your receipt is a DISCONNECTED NUMBER: I had to look online to find their number (513-433-1133). I am a former business owner, and from a business standpoint (or any other standpoint), Zip's Drive Thru is at best not a well ran business, nor do they seem to value the customers who are bringing them...

Really hard to want to continue going here when the afternoon gentleman wants to be rude constantly even though i'm a regular! He was outside waiting for customers, no one in the drive thru.. I pull in and look around to make a selection and hes making rude gestures and saying "cmon man hurry up!" I stop going here once over him, figured I'd try again.. and he did it again! The African-American guy. Not how you treat your regular customers that come in twice...
