Duo Studio Designs — Local services in Midland Charter Township

Poor communication skills. I would not recommend if you're trying to get your stuff within the time period they have listed on their website! Says it should take about 2.5 weeks it took 33 business days about 6.5 business weeks. The only time I got updates on my order was when I emailed them multiple times asking about my order. I would've given them more stars if they communicated better. Explanation below.

I ordered from duo design on 4/20 and I did not hear anything from them so I emailed then may 15 asking whether or not my order has been processed because I Hadnt heard from them even though it had almost been a month since I ordered. They said "Your order is still in production, we are waiting on the Zoe Tie Dye shirt to come in! Production usually takes 2 1/2 - 3 weeks so don't worry!" even though it had been about 20 business days. I email them 5/26 asking for an update on my order because I sent it to my mothers address and not mine because I was in the process of moving. Then they say "Someone had accidentally pulled the one for your order and then they got back ordered. We are expected to have the, in tomorrow or Thursday and your order will ship right away. Sorry for the delay :)" . If it was delayed fine but why did they not email me themselves about delay and how long it would be or anything for a matter of fact. I would have never known about the delay if I did not contact them asking repeatedly about my order because that was not mentioned when I first ordered the shirt. June 6 I received...

I ordered a New England rain jacket to be monogrammed. I ordered this jacket one the 1st of September. I understand that with recruitment going on that it sometimes takes a little bit longer, but almost 5 freaking weeks?! The customer service I received when asking about were in the process my jacket was absolutely terrible. I sent one email, never got a response. I then tried calling and leaving a voicemail with a return number, no call. I then sent an email again and finally got a response. The email was apologetic etc. the person who responded was quite nice, and said she would look into it and email me back when she found out more. I never got an email back. I finally went into the store, because I checked my receipt and it said that it had been shipped, but I never received an email. I went in and asked and they still hadn't even started my piece. I finally picked up my piece today and even though I am happy with the colors etc the monogramme is crooked and the fabric pulled because they didn't use a backing to stiffen the material.
