Wow! I broke down with a semi trailer hub wheel issue about a mile away from their Midland City shop. I called the shop about an hour after they’d closed and surprisingly Jonathan still answered the phone. I told him what the situation was and he ask that I send him some pics. He said he’d have someone out at 7am and sure enough at 7am technician pulled up. They assessed the situation and consistently maintained communication with me throughout the day. When they arrived to do the repairs, the techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable and wry efficient. The customer service that was provided by everyone I communicated or dealt with was extremely exceptional and greatly appreciated. Even better, was that their prices were extremely reasonable. Their prices coupled with the service they provide definitely will keep them in business for a very long time. Thank you to all the team members....

Went back to Road Mart in Midland City, AL. Started notice a problem with tire ware. Jonathan told me to pull on in and got Blake, their alignment tech to check things out. Found out I had a bushing wore out gone bad, and was pushing truck out of alignment. Again I got lucky to where they were not busy (no appointment scheduled) and was able to get me right in and start fixing the problems. Unfortunately this time had to wait on parts but next morning got the parts and fixed the problem and again put truck back into a proper 3 axle alignment. They even helped me with a water coolant problem I was having. Got me fixed and fixed right, Thanks Again guys!!!...

Went dropped off my f550 crane truck. Due to loss of rear brakes. The best part was the store manger, JT, and the service tech. ,BLAKE, . Both kept me informed about the progress of my repairs to the truck. Rear brakes were shot. Even after replacing rear brakes still issues. They stayed on the job, ordered the nessary parts that had to be ordered in. They gave me a ride home. Now when the job was done. The brakes have never been better then when I fist got the truck. Blake. And JT needs to be told and rewarded for there going beyond in sevice and mostly CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you, Christopher Burghoff Henderix...
