Food was amazing. Every employee I interacted with was hard working with an amazing attitude. However, the Karen that answers the phone line was extremely rude and made sure that I knew I was wasting her time when I called simply to ask if they were taking orders for the night at 7. She was very short, and told me "I don't know what you want me to say, we open at 7." I was unaware of the operation they run, and was simply asking because I didn't know if they were prepping for the night or what. She wouldn't tell me her name because she knew she was rude enough that I was ready to do some digging and let management know. I don't ever leave bad reviews for businesses. I'm from Lamesa originally, and im never in midland on a day where I can swing by and pick up the same food that I ate when I was a child at the Sky vue drive in theater. The kitchen for ours burned down years ago, and it's nostalgic to come here and eat the food. I refuse to let this woman be the reason that the business that generously overlooks her personality and gives her a paycheck receives a 1 star rating. This food is amazing, and I've been very down lately. It was nice to escape for a moment by tasting a simpler time in my past. Not in a million years would I recommend hiring anyone as rude as this to be the face of a business. I'd put her in a coal mine. But not to answer any phone ever. I won't drop any names, because I'm sure when the business reads this, they'll know...

This was an incredible experience. Screen 1 didn't have the brightness issues mentioned in other comments at all. Either it's been fixed or is a problem with a screen I didn't see.

Now that that's out of the way, let me start by first commenting on how clean the lot and concessions were. I didn't see any trash at all, the floors and in the concession were freshly cleaned. Just all around very tidy

The parking spots were -very- clearly marked. Looked freshly painted. I get the impression they touch up the lines regularly.

The screen had no blemishes, and looked well-maintained. Once the sun sets and the projector comes on, there's nothing to distract the eye. Also, the radio station they use for audio comes in crystal clear - no static or popping whatsoever, and the volume from the station (I don't know the audiophile word for it) is perfect. Not reduced or anything like that

Lastly, if you're having trouble with turning off your headlights, -please- text the number they put on the screen before the show. The lady in front of me had running lights that she couldn't turn off. Staff, when they noticed, quickly came and assisted her. They have these soft drapes to hide your headlights if no one can figure it out. It was a great solution that helped everyone.

All in all, I love this place. We will definitely be adding this to...

Really liked the drive-in theater experience that this place has. It has 3 different screens that plays 2 different movies back to back for just a single ticket price. There is a large concession area with a large selection of foods to get for your movie that are made to order that you can watch right in front of you.

The pricing is incredibly reasonable compared to a movie theater and the food honestly is much better than the traditional theater. The furthest screen away is just a short minute or so walk to the concession area and the parking lots are well organized and easy to navigate to a spot. Unlike some drive-ins this also has raised parking spaces that allows for the car to be parked at an angle pointed to the screen as well as a half moon shaped parking area so you always face the screen.

The sound is played via the radio and each screen has its own FM station that is broadcast at very high quality without any noise or static. My honest only big complaint came from the screen itself which could use some color and brightness adjustments. Even in the pitch black of the night, scenes in the movies that take place at night or in the dark are barely visible with some not even able to be seen at all. Either projector upgrades or brightness adjustments are...

If youre looking for a really cheap way to watch two unrelated movies back to back, or if you don't really care about the movie you're watching, this is it. If you're a diehard catching both shows, plan to stay till about 1 or 2 a.m. They have a small sound system out in the open that is of no help, so to watch AND listen to the movie, you'll need to stay in your vehicle with the radio tuned or take a radio if you're doing the outside camping thing--The point of being way out here is to watch a movie on lawn chairs or on the truck bed swimming in blankets and cheese puffs, amirite? Cozy. The snack bar is decent but more expensive than Cinergy's with much less variety. Here, you're encouraged to take snacks, drinks, coolers, the works. Get here early, the cars pile up the entrance 10 to 20 min. before shows. Also, be cautious in the parking lot--darkness, cars, kids, dogs, sloping parking spaces, glaring headlights--you get the idea.
