Very disappointing experience today. I had received an email last year stating I had earned a reward for my previous purchases with this store and I came in today to purchase a couple items and was told that I did not have a reward to redeem. I showed the girls at the front my email and one of them went to ask the “boss” about the email I received and came back and told me they couldn’t honor it. She said it was probably an internal e-mail issue which is not my fault (the customer) and I feel extremely disappointed in this company for not doing the right thing here.
