should have looked at reveiws first! Long story short. Wanted a simple arrangement for 27 yr. Old daughter’s BD. To be delivered the next day around 10am. The man who took my info had broken English but I could understanding him enough to place order. He assured me several times the flowers would be delivered the next day before 10. He also went over all info needed 2 times. He said he would send me an email with conf. #and receipt. SIMPLE..RIGHT! I did not receive an email so the next morning I called to assure my order would be delivered that morning around 10. This time a women answered with very broken English and her phone was breaking up bad. Ito.d her could not understand her, not because of her foreign accent but because her phone was messed up. That did not stop her from rambling on. I said “mam, I just want to know if my order is going to be delivered this morning.” She put me on hold for well over 10 min. Ok. She got back on phone and again rambling on and her phone still messed up. Didnt understand a word. I finally interrupted her and said” I’m asking you a yes or no question. “Is my order going to be delivered this morning?” Again she rambled on and on. I finally made out parts of what she said. No and they would have them ready by the end of the day. They had not even started the arrangement!!! Not sure what end of the day was. I told her I wanted an email with all info in it. And the time it will be delivered. She took my email again and said she would send it. This was already 9:30. Did not get email. Called back,this time a man, sounded like the same one from day before. Went over the whole story again and let it be known of my disappointment.. he said he would send the email and the flowers would be delivered by end of day. Nope! I said, I want them ASAP. He then agreed before 2:00.. ME NOT HAPPY. Again no email. Called back and no answer. Ok, the flowers were delivered at 1:45. They were nice but not the ones I ordered.    Read moreAt 11:22am I received a text stating that my order cannot be filled. Mind you, I placed my order on Friday Oct 4 for a $200+ standing spray for a FUNERAL that is today. Visitation starts at noon with services at 2pm. Shocked, I called and was told shipment did not come in and I will be refunded in 3-5 business days. They got the call from vendor early this morning (per employee), yet I was notified 30 mins before visitation was to start and I was never advised there could be a possible interruption in flower delivery (I know what’s going on in WNC but flowers are from vendor not in that area). I could have been called much earlier to try another shop, but was not. Now this relative is having a Home going service without flowers! They refused to let me speak to owner and see if we could compromise and send a plant or something else. When I did call the young lady answering was willing to take a new order knowing they won’t have flowers for 3-4 weeks (as I was told by male employee). This shop should be ashamed to even answer phone much less not informing customers of potential flower delivery issues. They are adding to an already emotional situation without even letting families know the flowers may not be made, much less delivered till it’s too late. When I arrived at the funeral home, only one arrangement had been delivered. I called the company and was given the run around. I was told I would receive a phone call by the end of business the next day. I never received a phone call. I called back today 3/4 and was told that a refund of 334.09 was issued, the lady said she would send me an email confirmation. The woman sent an email confirming a refund would be processed for 144.99. I called back and the same woman answered the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy, she hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a different woman who advised me to send an email. This company shows no compassion, they do not follow through with services that you paid them for and will NOT accept responsibility for their mess ups. They are also NOT a local florist as they advertise. They use other local florist in the area to fulfill their orders.
