Recently got an engagement ring made by them after a horrible experience with another jeweler (they lost our ring). The people at Veras are super nice and communication went well through the process. Final product wasn’t exactly what I wanted, wasn’t like the original ring I once had and I had several pictures to go by. They even contacted the original jeweler for information on the original ring and assured me they could duplicate the design. Upon pick up I noticed the design not being what had been discussed or shown and voiced my concern. It almost seemed as if they couldn’t do what I was asking or showing them, even though it had been done once before on my original ring. They kind of shrugged it off which made me uncomfortable pushing the matter. Their price was also quite a bit more than the other jeweler as well, which was a little disheartening considering I wasn’t getting the product I wanted, what they assured me they could make. I would never ever recommend this jewelry store to anyone. Very very poor customer service. I was quoted a firm price that was agreed upon. - I was there on 1-30-16 and called twice since that date to confirm everything. Today I went in to pay and leave my rings and I was told that that price wasn't going to work anymore. Gold did go up and they were honoring the price I was quoted on gold bands. The owners said that my quote on everything else wasn't accurate. Really? Really? It was the most uncomfortable situation ever for me. - the whole experience was horrible. I will not buy from these people now or ever.

I have since shopped elsewhere - I got not only what I wanted with my wedding ring design with MORE diamonds on the new setting that are actually nicer clarity than my own original engagement band, AND my gold twist bands, but I also got a gorgeous amethyst ring set in 14 karat gold for my right hand . All for over $1000 LESS than what Vera's wanted to charge me. I would never ever go to...

I went everywhere in search of the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé and Mike, Vera, Bebe, and Chelsea made the diamond shopping experience so personable and stress-free that I can’t imagine having gotten the ring from anywhere else...their friendliness, ease of doing business, product quality, and attention to detail all truly are unmatched! I was so impressed by what they offer that I came back shortly after buying the ring to get her a pair of matching studs, then again for a pair of hoops, and once again for a custom necklace that Mike was instrumentally helpful in designing and putting together (all in-house) to match the rest of the set. And of course we just bought our wedding bands from them; cannot recommend these guys enough! For any jewelry I ever need, I’ll always go...
