I got a dermal in 2012 from a different shop. It ended up rejecting. I went to go to the shop that I originally got it from. The new owner Brian at Good Times was rude along with the receptionist. My hole was greenish yellow. I wanted him to clean it and tell me how to keep it from getting worse. I was there for 30 min & they were no help. I went to Designer Tattoos I told them about the dermal that I had to cut it out with scissors & the hole is yellowish green. They immediately got the piercer. He took me into the room, cleaned the hole, put a bandage on it, told me how to take care of it & what will happen if it gets worse. I recommend going to Designer Tattoos! I have gotten tattooed twice now by Wesley - once on my ribs and once on the inside of my bicep. She is an amazing artist! You give her an idea of what you are wanting and she is able to make it 10 times better! Everyone in the shop makes you feel at home. They give you clear instructions on what to expect and the healing process. They are not bothered by repetitive phone calls with questions.
