I got a dermal in 2012 from a different shop. It ended up rejecting. I went to go to the shop that I originally got it from. The new owner Brian at Good Times was rude along with the receptionist. My hole was greenish yellow. I wanted him to clean it and tell me how to keep it from getting worse. I was there for 30 min & they were no help. I went to Designer Tattoos I told them about the dermal that I had to cut it out with scissors & the hole is yellowish green. They immediately got the piercer. He took me into the room, cleaned the hole, put a bandage on it, told me how to take care of it & what will happen if it gets worse. I recommend going to Designer Tattoos!
