JUST moved here, switched the utilities into my name, received confirmation # and verification of new account. Work order was canceled for previous tenant shut off. All was good. Got home today with the power shut off. “Customer service” explained it was an error on their end. Hey no problem, mistakes happen, I understand. However......when I asked when to expect it back on, I was read the riot act about how “technically they have 3 days to allow transfer of service between residents” and that I’m basically lucky to get it back on sometime today??? I’M LUCKY??? Yea, real lucky, sometime today before midnight basically it’ll be turned back on! No fault of mine at all!! They certainly had no problem rushing out here on a bad Work order to shut it off. But yea lucky me, I get to wait on it to get turned back on at their convenience. Great first impression Ohio...
   Read moreI moved in and had electric transferred. After a couple 18 dollar bills which I thought was low I looked at my usage which was 0. ( Yep 18 bucks a month for 0 usage). So I go look and see my meter isn't moving so I called and let them know. This should of been caught when transferring service and was told I would be charged from the last gold meter reading which was obviously whoever loved here before and you hey they did Ober 150 bucks based on their estimate for back usage....on top of that their automated bill pay is horrendous...you sometimes have to yell into the phone for the voice recognition to work....1 more thing when they came to change the meter they didn't even knock on my door to let me know they were coming or call me to schedule an...
   Read moreWe are being charged 3 times amount owed to due to their policy of estimating. The meter is not accessible to them but I have provided 2 readings and they were able to obtain one. Yet they still estimate the bill at the previous owners usage. I have called, with wait times of over an hour only to have them call me back and no one responds to the ring back once connected to call back option. They have 4 months of usage to obtain a more reasonable estimate or allow me to enter the reading on the sight so waiting for a human that is too busy to speak with me is not required.
