I'm so excited to go back this year - this is my haul from last year and you can see the variety. I also liked the barn with the barncat she was sweet. Get a cart and loppers and take them to the patch. They leave large rows for walking and their selection is crazy. Pumpkins carved well! Update for 2024: record droughts did have an impact on the patch but they were very nice, still have the corn maze and still have pumpkins for sale. The pumpkins I got were not as large or dense as last year, but I will carve them all the same and I appreciate their optimism and tenacity in dealing with this awful drought

Even though they were out of the larger carving pumpkins due to draught this year, we had a blast picking out some really cool gourds and small pumpkins as well as walking through the corn maze. One of the owners came out and was so nice to give us an impromptu hayride which made our 2 year olds day. Hope to be back in the area in future Octobers to make this stop a tradition!

We headed out to one of our pumpkin spots, only to find it closed. In search for another place, we came across a sign on a telephone pole. Made our way to Pumkin Head. Our first visit, it didn't disappoint. Even though the patch was pretty well picked, we still found some nice pumkins. Prices were good. Pay on the honor system. Enjoyed our visit.

I can't really rate this place fairly. I went on a Saturday afternoon, the corn maze was nothing special, we walked through it, did see some really cool orb spiders. Picked a couple pumpkins. It was selve serve, I'm never comfortable with this. I always feel like I'm taking advantage of the proprietor even though I'm trying to be fair and honest. It's just too confusing. I did not go near the house or barn. Loved their Facebook ads. I also believe that there is more activity later in the afternoon. An honest review would be that, my family enjoyed being there. It was an opportunity to really spend time with each other chat and enjoy each other's company without distractions. If this is what your looking for this is...
