MUF is the best place to get an Ice Castle Fishouse from. Their pricing blows the competition out of the water. I just recently purchased my second custom build from them, and both experiences were great! They take pride in customer service and care to keep and make things right. Their big service and repair shop gives them the capabilities to do most all repairs in-house if needed. Dan in service is awesome to work with and will communicate through the process. I only needed to use service one time in 7 years. But Dan took care of my whole warranty punch list after the first year of use. Shout out and thanks to Kyle in sales and custom design, my new house couldn't have turned out any better! We worked together in person and mainly throughout text messages. Kyle was very responsive and very respectable. Even though he didn't know if I truly was ready to order and pull the trigger. Kyle always took me seriously. We worked throughout many different prints, and I we found what worked best for my family. Kyle walked us through their lot, and that helped a ton. All the houses they have on-site got us a better grasp of the prints we were designing. Kyle knew exactly which house had similar things to the custom build so we could see it in person. He also made measurements and confirmed with the frame manufacturer and ice castle to make sure certain things would work. Ice Castle and Milaca knocked another custom build out of the part for me! They also have done this for my dad and many friends. We just got done on our first camping trip, and things went very well. It's also nice to know from past experiences if there are hiccups along they way Milaca will take care of us. If you read this full review, honestly, don't look at any other sales places. MUF will not disappoint. Their years of in-house experience will prove itself. Unlike their competitors of employee turnover, the guys at MUF take pride in what they do and have been doing it for years. Looking for a deal? This place is a bit of a ways out from the twin cities, but jeans for 10 bucks and a huge selection of tools make it a worthy destination if you're traveling north.

Unfortunately, one negative experience was the rush customers out exactly at closing (to the minute). We were still finishing up, and while I understand the need to wrap things up, the demeanor seemed a bit overly aggressive, and a little more latitude could have gone a long way to improve the customer experience. That said, still rates 4-stars, and if on subsequent visits the attitude improves, it wouldn't be hard to earn that last star back.

I am Building a fish house and found out they have a bunch of accessories for your fish house. I’ve bought windows,door,lights, hole covers ext. I finally bought a fish house heater. It worked great for the first day and then quit . I took it back up there and there helpful staff took it all apart to diagnose right on the spot. I am very thankful for this as these next two weeks (Christmas and new years they will be closed). I am back on track to getting my ice house done before we have good ice with HEAT !!
