I can't recommend this porch swing company enough! I recently purchased one of their swings, and the entire experience has been fantastic. Not only does the swing work perfectly, but it was also incredibly easy to assemble, which was a huge relief. The instructions were clear and all the parts were well-organized.

It's truly a beautiful piece of furniture. The craftsmanship is excellent, and it's clear they use high-quality materials. It's become the focal point of my front porch, and I've already received so many compliments on it.

We ordered benches through another distributor from your company, and in less than 8 hours, wanted to order longer benches instead. Unfortunately, even though we contacted the distributor at the opening of business the next morning (our order was placed via internet at about 11:30 the previous night) and the distributor tried to contact you, you did not respond. So you missed a larger sale. Bravo to you for such a quick shipping response, but it seems unreasonable to me not to allow customers to modify their orders within a 24 hour window. Although the benches look nice and are sturdy, they are too short. We realize that it is our fault for not measuring more accurately, but again--why not allow modifications of orders within 24 hours? You would have had much happier customers and you would have also had more money in your bank account. Also, we had to make alterations in order to get the legs to fit the seats and had to make a trip to the hardware store for hex nuts you did not include. So no, I would not recommend your...

I have a log home and ordered the rustic hickory coffee table to go with my decor. It arrived within a few days. I loved it so much that I ordered the rustic hickory end table to match. Unfortunately, when the end table arrived a leg was snapped off. I called and left a message and within 30 minutes, Samuel called me back to apologize and he had a new table sent out the next day. When the second table arrived, the box was all torn, and again, a leg was broken. When I called A&L, Samuel answered the phone himself, was so apologetic and wanted to make this right as soon as possible. He sent out a third table, this time with a different shipper. The table arrived unscathed, and now looks beautiful in my log home. The customer service at A&L is beyond excellent. Samuel was so pleasant to talk to and took care of the broken items quickly. They really aim to please their customers. If in the future, A&L carries an item I am looking to buy, they will be my go-to store....
